These sessions will give you an introduction to mindfulness and the 8 week mindfulness courses.
An informative and experiential session that includes some simple mindfulness meditation practices to help you begin to get a feel for what it means to be more mindful. We will also look at some informal practices that we can weave into our daily lives to help us live a more mindful life.
For those that are interested in developing and integrating mindfulness into everyday life there will be time to find out more about the 8 week mindfulness courses. Previous course participants will be there to talk about their experiences and the benefits that an ongoing mindfulness practice brings to their lives.
The early bird rate for the Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing course will be available for anyone attending and booking at the taster session.
