This 8 week course is designed for those with a busy life and is an excellent practical introduction to mindfulness. You will learn simple yet powerful practices that you can incorporate into daily life to help break the cycle of anxiety and stress and promote a renewed appreciation for life.
For the first time this mindfulness course will be run at the new wellbeing centre Avalon conveniently located in the grounds of Broughton Hall Estate. At the heart of Avalon’s philosophy is connection; connection with oneself, with others and with the world around us. A safe space is offered to facilitate self-exploration and how we might live our lives with greater peace, prosperity and harmony.
