A simple and effective tension releasing practice which aids deep relaxation and naturally reduces stress levels. If you would like to know more before booking, please get in touch.

There are options to join a regular group class for those new to TRE or with previous experience and also a class that includes Mindful Yoga and Meditation specifically tailored to relax and re-energise.

 

TRE Group Class (suitable for all):

This is the traditional 90 minute class where you will be taken through a series of exercises that are designed to activate the body’s natural tremoring mechanism.  Suitable for all and ideal for those experiencing physical, mental and emotional tension.

 

Yoga, TRE & Yoga Nidra (experience of TRE required):

This is a new class for those that have experienced TRE and we’ll begin with simple Yoga postures to help activate the tremors.  This will then flow into a TRE practice with the focus on down regulating the nervous system finishing with a Yoga Nidra practice to enhance the relaxation and re-energising effect.  The emphasis will be on inviting the body to physically relax and de-stress and is ideal if you are struggling with elevated stress levels or anxiety.
