This 6 day personal development module taken over 3 months offers a rich grounding in the practice of mindfulness. It gives budding and experienced yogis alike the chance to explore how mindfulness can enhance your yoga practice – and transform your engagement with life.
This practical skills-based module uses the standard eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme as its foundation. There will be additional inputs exploring one of the key mindfulness classical texts, the Satipatthana Sutta.
This Module does not qualify participants to teach an 8-week Mindfulness Based Intervention (MBI). It does, however, provide the foundation upon which participants may proceed to train to teach MBIs. In this regard, Clear Mind Institute (CMI) offers a conversion course to bring prospective teachers in line with CMI’s Level 1 training.
