This 8 week course is designed for those with a busy life and is an excellent practical introduction to mindfulness. You will learn simple yet powerful practices that you can incorporate into daily life to help break the cycle of anxiety and stress and promote a renewed appreciation for life.
This mindfulness course will be run at my studio in Hellifield. It is a safe space to facilitate self-exploration and how we might live our lives with greater peace, prosperity and harmony.
